Lytal, Reiter, Clark, Fountain & Williams was founded over 20 years ago as a personal injury law firm devoted exclusively to the representation of persons and families who have suffered serious injury or death caused by defective products or the negligence of another person. We focus in areas of Automobile Accidents, Personal Injury, Defective Products and Medical Malpractice.
Our History
While we founded the accident and injury law firm in West Palm Beach in 1985, our local heritage and community involvement goes back even further; Lake Lytal Jr. and Joe Reiter, the founding partners, have been practicing together locally since 1968. Six of the firm’s partners are native Floridians and have strong ties to the community and its history. A fundamental part of our philosophy is our on-going contribution to the advancement of our community.
Our Size and Resources
We have 18 trial attorneys, including an in-house appellate attorney and a professional support staff of nearly 70 - including paralegals, investigators, and on-staff registered nurses, all dedicated to you and your pursuit of justice. We take a team approach to our cases providing highly personalized legal services. We have access to the country’s top experts and we have built a 20 year old comprehensive research library system utilizing the latest technology to find regulations, court decisions and other helpful information to support our client's claims. We also have our own evidence and inspection facility to preserve evidence. Since LRCF&W specializes in personal injury law, we have acquired the expertise and have the financial resources needed to take these cases to trial.
